Eric G. Mart, Ph.D., ABPP

Eric G. Mart, Ph.D., ABPP, is a forensic psychologist in private practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. He holds a diploma in forensic psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology and has testified in court cases throughout the United States and Canada. Dr. Mart is an internationally known expert on Munchausen’s syndrome by proxy and is the author of Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy Reconsidered. He has appeared on 20/20, Court TV, BBC Radio, National Public Radio, and local TV news programs, and is a frequent speaker at programs designed for legal and psychological professionals as well as the general public. Dr. Mart is the author of Getting Started in Forensic Psychology Practice: How to Create a Forensic Specialty in Your Mental Health Practice, and has published a number of articles on issues related to forensic psychology, including Munchausen’s Syndrome by Proxy, competency, personal injury, custody, and ethical issues.

In his forensic work, Dr. Mart emphasizes investigative techniques based on empirical research and established protocols. This methodology is designed to provide information which is maximally useful to the courts and which allows the parties involved to understand how conclusions were reached and what data were relied upon.

Dr. Mart's credentials include:

  • Ph.D. in School Psychology, Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Professional Psychology, 1983.
  • New Hampshire licensed psychologist since 1987.
  • Massachusetts licensed psychologist since 2004.
  • Board Certified in Forensic Psychology, American Board of Professional Psychology.
  • Certificate of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and Other Psychoactive Substance Abuse Disorders, American Psychological Association.

Craig R. Thibaudeau, Psy.D.

Craig R. Thibaudeau, Psy.D., received his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University New England. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Village for Families and Children in Hartford, CT, where he specialized in juvenile justice evaluations, psychological assessment, social skills training, and individual psychotherapy. Dr. Thibaudeau’s areas of expertise include psychological and psychoeducational assessment, youth violence prevention, and psychotherapy with children and adolescents.
